Course Description
This service includes the following: - Personalized tutoring services - We meet students in their homes of chosen location - Weekly reports including feedback - Material for activities - Assessments to track students progress - Assist in creating homeschool portfolio - 12 hours per week (4- 3 hour sessions) - Assistance with Homeschool Portfolio Requirements Must have a subscription based payment plan for a minimum of 6 months per calendar year and complete a service agreement prior to receiving service. Services may be suspended and transferred online to adapt for travel or illness that may prevent in-person sessions.
Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for prepaid services unless Hope, Learn & Play LLC is unable to fulfill services to customer. However, the customer is allowed to reschedule or transfer services by contacting Hope, Learn & Play LLC via phone call, text, direct messaging or email. To be eligible for rescheduled or transfered services, the customer must provide at least 48 hours notice prior to original scheduled service. Any request made within the 48 hour period is subject to availability and the discretion of the representative of Hope, Learn & Play LLC. Subscriptions may be cancelled prior to the following service period by contacting Hope, Learn & Play LLC via email, phone, text, or website.
